NextAnime ("we", "the app") is a free anime tracking application. This policy describes how we handle your information.

Information We Collect

Data stored locally on your device:

• Your followed anime list
• App preferences

This data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

Analytics and crash data (via Google Firebase):

• Anonymous usage statistics (screens viewed, features used)
• Crash reports and performance data
• Device type, OS version, and app version

This data is anonymous and cannot be used to personally identify you.

Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party services:

• AniList API - to fetch anime information and airing schedules. Subject to AniList's Terms of Service.
• Google Firebase Analytics - for anonymous usage analytics. Subject to Firebase Privacy Policy.
• Google Firebase Crashlytics - for crash reporting. Subject to Firebase Privacy Policy.

Data We Do Not Collect

• Personal information (name, email, phone number)
• Location data
• Contacts or photos
• Payment information

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. Anonymous analytics data is processed by Google Firebase under their privacy policy.

Data Retention

Your followed anime list is stored locally and deleted when you uninstall the app. Firebase analytics data is retained for up to 14 months as per Google's default retention policy.

Children's Privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
